What makes my jewelry returnable?

You may return your jewelry within 30-days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.

The original packaging, including all tags and labels, must be undamaged.

Proof of purchase, such as the order number, must be provided.

How can I Return?

To start a return, do this:

Contact us within 30-days of getting your jewelry.

Pack the item securely in the original box to prevent damage during shipping.

Return the item using a trackable shipping method. Remember, you pay for return shipping.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange it for another item(s), please contact us within 100-days of receiving the item(s).

For the exchange, the item(s) should retain all its tags and packaging and remain in its original condition.

When returning the unworn item(s) with tags and packaging, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item , we will process your refund within 1-3 working days using your original payment method.

After we process your refund it may take up to 7 working days for the amount to appear in your account due to bank processing time.

Please remember that the refund will reflect restocking fee.

Address issues

We are not liable for any failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information. In such cases, a refund cannot be issued.

However, we can offer a reshipment if you wish once the item has been returned us by the courier, but you will need to cover the associated shipping costs.

Returned items with damaged packaging

We do not offer refunds for items returned with damaged packaging. If an item is returned with damaged packaging, we can send it back to you upon request. For any questions, please contact our customer service team.

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, you can use our return policy after receiving your order.

Please note that personalized items, earrings and sale/clearance items are non-refundable.
